My flat in a building managed by Rendall & Ritner has had water ingress from the balcony for a long time. In the over 100 days since I raised the issue, no remedial works have occured - they are slow to respond, slow to send surveyors to assess the situation, and slow to now fix the problem. The issue was obvious from the outset, and could have been fixed within a month by a decent management company.
Their delay has meant that belongings inside the property are now receiving water damage, and mould and large mushrooms are growing inside.
