Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the most difficult day of our lives that much easier. From the initial phone call you were kind, compassionate, understanding and just willing to sit on the other end and listen to us cry. And on the day we were blessed with the beautiful presents of Winnie, who said from the get go, there is no time limit, I am here for you as long and you need and until you are completely ready. You had a genuine care for our boy Sprocket and once our boy crossed the bridge we appreciated you sitting with us while telling you stories about our boy while you gifted us ink paw prints and his fur. You made a very difficult time at a difficult time of year that more bearable and we are forever grateful!
