Ordered 2 custom made cushions in early April , still haven’t arrived now end of May. Received e mail 16 April saying goods on way but no tracking facility. Contacted their customer services 4 times and messenger once, plus Facebook comments. No response to any. Funnily enough after these attempts, e mailed same address to ask about making a customised order, replied to that one within 3-4 days! Was just checking they were monitoring e mails- obviously they monitor some but only ones they want! Contacting my bank for redress options
