Hello. I'm disappointed to have to give you one star, however, since I had to return the item (spearpoint collar shirt) as unwearable, I think it is fair. I am 6'1" tall and approximately 15 1/2 stone. I have been wearing 15 1/2" collar shirts for as long as I can remember. I received my shirt, and the collar size was a perfect fit. The arm length, however, was ridiculously short, and the body of the shirt was tight all over. Given that in your information, you suggest buying sleeve holders, as "the sleeves are extra long". I am confused, and extremely disappointed in my purchase. Surely this was a manufacturing error? A polite and considered reply was received and a refund was received promptly, so I thank you for that. Your marketing, in this case, does not reflect the quality of your product. My hopes were high, and I had planned to wear the shirt at a singing performance that I was giving the following day. Let down.
