I’m giving the RinseKit company five stars for how they dealt with a defective item for me. I normally don’t write reviews and full transparency I haven’t been able to use the rinse kit but twice until it was defective. Frustrated with the outcome I contacted the company about the defective item. They were fast, responsive, and quick to ship me out a brand new one with no cost to me. Here’s hoping the second one has absolutely no issues. But if it does it’s very reassuring to know the company that backs their product fully and will send me a new one quickly.
