My pro started leaking and I sent it back. Then they refunded me but the email said they would replace the product. Customer service takes a few days to respond. Now I can’t order a pro because they are on pre-order. Literally in the middle of a water crises in Hawaii and we don’t have healthy running water due to the petroleum leak by the navy. It was great while it lasted. But customer service dropped the ball on us 😔 They didn’t pay attention to the emails. I asked for a refund on the box I had to pay for to ship it back and they refunded the entire purchase. The email prior said once I shipped it back to let them know and they would ship one immediately.
