Have had same Marine insurance cover for 10+ years with another insurer who passed me onto RJP Marine due to merger, resulting in less efficient service & several during the 2nd year renewal process that took repetitive time consuming attempts to sort out via Email & phone. This is not the fault of helpful customer service, so I assume the company needs to review its systems.
