I placed an order with Roam Overland Outfitters on 08/27/22 for a pair of Stedi lights and two additional light covers. As of today, 10/16/22, 50 days later, I have not received the lights or even a notice that they have shipped. On 10/05/22 I used the "Contact Us" feature on Roam's page to inquire about my order. I have not received a reply. On 10/07/22 I emailed Roam asking for an update on my order. I have not received a reply. On 10/11/22 I phoned Roam Overland Outfitters and was told my order would ship that day. That I would be receiving a tracking number by email. I have not received an email or tracking number. On 10/12/22. having not received a tracking number, I again called Roam. No one answered the phone, so I left a voicemail asking them to call me. They have not returned my call. Roam Overland Outfitters, you have held my money, $387, for 50 days now and I have not received the Stedi lights that I ordered. Make this right, Refund my money.
