This robot has quickly become one of the most important members of my household. It out-performs robots several times its price. We have tiles and a dog so a vacuum/mop is perfect for this. We initially had a few issues with it catching cords that were within reach but once we removed/secured them, we have not had any issues. After spending the time setting up the zones in the app, it has been a dream. I especially like the creative voices as I have given it its own character. I themed the voices around Rich & Morty cartoon and love hearing Legee talking as it completes its tasks. Advice; spend time setting it up, clear loose cords because it will try to clean them up for you, and keep the filters clean and you should have a great time. I would also recommend getting plenty of extra mopping pads, I change my pads daily and have over a week's worth so I don't have to do an extra load of laundry mid-week. Customer service has also been fantastic, knowledgeable and great to deal with so thanks again!
