The customer service is shockingly bad. I contacted Rockstar to change my email because my old email no longer exists, I could no longer authenticate, so I could not log in. I was asked questions, answered promptly. More questions, neatly answered. And also correct. Next they wanted to see serial keys. You will not get this, games purchased in the Xbox Store are directly linked to your account and do not need to be activated. I told them this too. I was able to prove that I was the rightful owner, I sent photos of the invoices and purchase date. They wanted to know the start date of Xbox Live, I also had an invoice of that with the date. My address, name, everything is on it. I even sent a photo of my ID. Suddenly I get an email that they cannot verify that I am the owner, ticket closed, no solution. That'll make your pants drop. I also couldn't create a new account with my own nickname because it "was already in use". Later I suddenly realized that my Xbox account was linked to Social Club. I opened Red dead redemption on the xbox and through that game I could surf to social club. Apparently you are never logged out if your Xbox account is linked. That's how I got into my account and unfortunately I still couldn't change my email or delete the account, but I did adjust my nickname and bio with a special message for Rockstar, and unlinked my Xbox account. Then I created a new account with the correct email address and my own nickname (wich was available again cause I changed the nickname in the old account) and linked the Xbox account again. You don't lose anything on game progression. But customer service is really bizarrely bad, they are only there to harass and bully you. They got the wrong person. 1 star is still too much. Upurarse rockstar.
