I ordered a small bench from Royal Design UK, and unfortunately it didn't suit our hallway as intended, and I went to return it, only to find out they charge £150 RETURN FEE!?! Which is absolutely extortionate! I've shopped from various online furniture retailers such as Heals or Habitat and John Lewis, and never have I been charged anything more than £49 even for something like a sofa. For this company to charge £150 for a small bench is absolutely ridiculous!! Never buying from them again!
