Was having an issue with PTT buttons working in car and transmitting through M1. Hand held Mike worked but headsets did not. Sent units in to diagnose, and apparently all checked out on bench test. Regardless, techs saw some corrosion on back of intercom and replaced back panel and return shipped at no cost. Excellent service! Radios all working properly and sound quality may have improved as well. Very satisfied! Thanks RR!
