Our experience was superb, but it was helped by having friends that have been down this path.
What would be helpful in my case would have been to be able to talk with someone after entering my first order and get suggestions and answers. For those of us older individuals, were not especially adept at parsing out the particulars. That is the reason I had to return items. With my second order it was a lot easier.
would suggest that all new purchases have a followup. and recommend that referrals review the web site and then call.
