I was called by the staff to ensure that I had ordered the correct item. Apparently people order the wrong equipment often and they wanted to ensure I knew what I was buying. That kind of care is rare these days and it meant a lot that they put in that effort to ensure my satisfaction preemptively instead of reactively.
