Great customer service!! We ordered two helmets and mine did not fit correctly. I called and spoke Reid G. in Customer service. He worked with me to get the correct size helmet and worked with me on the return of wrong sized helmet. On our first ride with our new helmets, I had a small problem with my speaker on the right side not working. I e-mailed Reid and he called us directly. Ends up we just were using the wrong wire connection. Our first ride out with our new helmets was with a group of 12 UTV's. A very very dusty ride but not for us. The helmets worked GREAT and we didn't breath in any dust. We love our new helmets.
