I had received a defective product. I filled out the return form and before I could even get the return in the mail I received a phone call saying "don't waste the postage and trouble to return the defective product, there is no need and we will send you a replacement right away". Great and friendly customer service. I wish I could remeber the persons name that called but it meant a lot for someone to reach out when they did'nt need to.
