I had never ordered from Rug Town before, but I found the rugs we were looking for at a great price! The rugs were delivered, and everything went smoothly. Two of the rugs didn't work out so we had to return them. We shipped back the rugs through USPS one made it the other rug did not. She has been in contact with the postal service and either talked with me on the phone or sent emails for any updates.
