Ordered 2 pairs of Altra shoes on this site. Size recommendations were wrong and both shoes didn't fit me. And of course this was my fault! I sent orders back at my own expense. Tried to clarified whether it is possible to send 2 orders in one parcel by Russian post as their suggested DHL service was too expensive. There was no response from the store. So I decided to send both orders in one package. Sent them back on August 20. For 2 months, the parcel was at the Spanish customs. The support service promised to contact the customs, but they did nothing at the end. Today the package was sent back to Russia by some annknown reason. So I paid money for the return goods and what now??? If I send it again by DHL, then I will pay the entire amount of the order. Disgusting store and return policy. I will never buy anything from you again and I do not recommend it to others.
