The worst experience ever!!! When I unpacked the shoe pack, the box was full of mouse droppings and the shoes were bitten by rodents. Since then, I just correspond with the e-shop and they demand more and more photos, but they don't solve anything. They just threaten me in every message that if I don't send the photos on time, they will reject my complaint. Now they want photos of the packaged package for me. How do I give them to them when I've unpacked it ?! I'm very worried that they won't return my money in the end, because they'll find a reason ... :( now I have a box at home full of mouse poop and bitten shoes :( This shop never more...
