I was skeptical of ordering a rug from a UK based company and how long it would take to arrive in California, but Runrug performed beyond my expectations. I placed my order late on a Saturday, had my rug the following Wednesday, amazing. There was an issue with the delivery company, contacted customer service and had a response, and resolution, in 24 hrs. I am impressed with this company, and will order again.
