Truffle pesto is epic, full of flavour which lingers in your mouth. It is extremely useful for adding to all sorts of dishes, smeared onto a pizza, spread on a fish, rolled up and cooked in the oven, same with chicken, added to scrambled egg. I look forward to experimenting more with it, and the other Sacla pestos.
