False advertising with reference there delivery time just to get your money in probably & the PA to the director confirmed on the phone that I should have my goods the next day as the order was with the distribution team before cut off, I paid for next day delivery & they didn’t honour it ! The PA she didn’t respond to the answerphone message I left either. This is why the rating of 1 has been given !
