I've had Baci chocolates for the past 30 years but they are not easy to find. So I placed an order for 75 packs last week directly wit Sacla as I'm using them as favours for a birthday lunch. Their service is fast and all replies to emails also immediate. But their courier delivered my parcel to a wrong address and I received it after three days only because the lady who took it in came personally to hand it to me. Had this not happened Sacla promised a full refund. Their customer service is second to none and I'd happily reorder with them.
