I thought that your company were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend you. I appreciated the information given to me, as it was the first time that I’d had to sort such matters as a gas certificate, and the help was reassuring and informative. I had a few queries and the customer service team were excellent - really friendly and dealt with issues quickly. The engineer was also very friendly and, when there was an issue with the boiler after the service, he was quick to get in touch. (…and fingers crossed it’s all been fine since!) There were a few mix ups with getting my job accepted, or, at least, me knowing that it was, and I also had to chase the copy of the certificate.. so how there is communication between all parties might be an area of concern - but that would in no way put me off of using you again as all problems were dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner. Great service.
