After my second order with Salter & King, I felt that I really had to leave a review (apologies for not doing it sooner!). Shopping experience overall has been flawless - easy to navigate website, clear visibility of what's in stock, very quick delivery, great communication. But the main reason for my review is the quality of the produce which has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL, with each and every item. The 'staples' (sausages, burgers, bacon etc.) are honestly as good as I've had anywhere - you can literally taste the difference in quality - but the more 'speciality' items go even further. The porchetta (which was the initial reason for my first order) was one of the nicest pieces of pork I've ever cooked. I was equally impressed with the rack of lamb, the short ribs, the leg of lamb... the list goes on. I very rarely write reviews for this kind of thing but felt that the overall quality - both of produce & of service - really needed to be called out. I cannot recommend Salter & King highly enough- - as soon as my fridge & freezer have room, I'll be making my next order!
