I emailed the link on the website because that is the only way I could inquire about the coffee I had, for almost a year, that apparently went rancid; even tho the Best By date was over a year out yet. I did not make note of the smell and what it is when it is rancid and I asked how I could tell. No one responded to me. CEs are important to me and so I quickly ordered more so I could heal from the rancid coffee. No one answered my email inquiry and I know how to tell by the smell now, but this experience really makes me question the purity of any of their coffee.
