I have done 3 enemas and not a touch of caffeine shakes and that great. Other than that i can yet tell you anything else. I just visited an ND and she seems to know her stuff. Additionally i loaned her Dr Ben Lynchs Dirty Genes book and told her how to do the enema... so i believe there is a good future for me medically I will let you know further good info re the coffee. thank you
