I'm very thankful for Wilson's coffee! This is the best quality enema coffee I found when I was searching for what to use. I have been using coffee enemas as a tool to feel better for over 2 years now. I have Lyme disease/ fibromyalgia and coffee enemas are something that really helps with pain, for increasing glutathione production and detox in general. My body doesn't detox well so I do coffee enemas regularly to keep everything moving. I do one in the morning and afterwards I have a slight feeling of euphoria from it. I quit drinking coffee because of very poor adrenal function but a coffee enema doesn't harm me the way drinking coffee does. And to be honest the experience is far better than drinking coffee once you get used to it.
