Never thought I'd try this. Glad that I did. Started with a warm water flush first to clean the bowel, then the coffee next. The first time it was very uncomfortable for the first 15 minutes, but then everything settled down and felt peaceful.
Passed, what I realized later, parasites, so that was definitely worth it. Also feeling better overall with every treatment.
