I had always heard that green coffee has more caffeine than dark roasted, and now I know it's true! I only need to use a tablespoon of Wilson's coffee for a coffee enema to get the same or even better effect than 3 tablespoons of dark roast organic coffee! It seems like a much cleaner coffee as well-love it!
