The shipment's arrival took an eternity. Initially, we were informed that the $1,100 shipping fee covered the delivery of cafeteria tables inside the building. However, upon arrival, the delivery team refused to provide that service, stating it required an additional $75 payment, despite our initial payment of $1,100. Their service fell short and left much to be desired.
