The epoxy school desk is made of quality materials. And the shipping was acceptable. The shipper did help me move the item to the porch. I saw no damge to the packaging. The problem is the table epoxy top had damage in a small area. It shouldn't affect my use since it is for personal use. But for an item costing over $600, the table should be perfect. I doubt if SchoolOutlet packaged the table. thus wasn't aware of the minor damage. but is still accountable. Sorry about that. It isn't an item easily returned. Other companies do have better ways to make amends.
