On the 30/07/21 we ordered a scooter online from Cairns. Order no S26467 in anticipation it would arrive for my son’s birthday on the 15/08.
By the 11/08 we were concerned it was not coming, we had been following the tracking number 33M78500096000. We contacted Australia post via the online dispute form and and received a response 11/08 that they would investigate, Case no. 41492503, was logged. We were advised to contact the Supplier. I spoke to your employer Ethan on the phone 12/08. Ethan was helpful, reassured me it will be found and apologised.
After this the tracking had logged it’s return to you, the supplier, in Waverley Brisbane and a day later I called your store again and spoke to Chris on 17/08 and on your system he also confirmed it had been returned to the store but was unsure if it’s whereabouts. He committed to resending, as soon as it is located. He mentioned similar incidence’s have occurred with Aust Post and would send it express.
I’ve not received another tracking number so I’m unsure it’s been recent at this stage. I thought we may have been re-contacted by the store between 17/08 and now to reassure us it’s been sent.
I am disappointed, I understand these things happen. But I’m not sure why. Aus Post say the label may have been damaged and they could not read the address. That’s the only explanation received thus far.
We still have not received the item we purchased.
