The customer service was fantastic! The man I spoke to was more than willing to help me get the scooter that suited my son and ended up making a custom one to suit him. He also put it in the post the same day as I needed it within the week and it actually arrived in 2 days!
I highly recommend Scooter Village for excellent customer service and advice.
