Hey Scoter village. We have received our package. Tramp Scooter. but it appears we are missing some parts. The 'extender' to the handlebar shaft does not fit therefore we cannot make it longer to fit my sons height. He has opened and assembled the scooter and used it. however we have discovered this after trying it. What shall we do to rectify this?
