Ordered online for pickup, said products I ordered were in stock, they were not. Had zero communication about it until I called a week later to see if I could come pick up. Was told for the next 3 weeks (when I called again each time) that it would be ready by end of the week, which it was not. Waited almost a month to receive products, then when I went to collect, products weren't even there and had to wait 20 minutes for them to collect from their 'warehouse' even though I had informed them I would be collecting with probably 6 hours notice. Products and pricing was good, but customer service was non existent.
