Unfortunately not a great experience, purchased the scooter on 10th Dec for my son’s Christmas present (all info provided stated it was ordered early enough to receive before the 25th). The item was only dispatched on the 19th and received an email stating we wouldn’t receive the scooter until the new year. Scrambled for a few days and purchased a display model of the same scooter so we were able to give him something Christmas morning. Have since received the scooter which is still in its package in the cupboard. Will look to sell it if we can.
