Sadly, I never received the scooter. Followed this up with AusPost in the first instance who investigated and suggested the possibility of the package being delivered without signature and possibly stolen from my front door. The suggestion was made by AusPost to contact Scooter Village to see if there is protection on orders however they handballed me back to AusPost. Very disappointed with the service.
