I bought some Scratch Sleeves pyjamas for my toddler to prevent her from picking a sore on her face when she slept. They arrived very quickly, and are made of a lovely soft cotton. I was concerned she wouldn't like having her hands covered, but she loves them - she is still able to pick up her teddies etc through them, and thinks the special mittened arms are there to keep her hands warm, which she thinks is great. They have worked very well - her sore has now healed (thank goodness) and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family with kids in a similar situation. My only watch out would be the sizing (although not enough of a watch out to lose a star) - the top fitted well but the pj bottoms were huge on her. Not a problem for us as we didn't need the bottoms, but worth bearing in mind if you do need covered feet as well.
