Ordered 2 sets of pjs and arrived the next day. These are now the only pjs my son wears to bed. He has severe eczema and, with the satin mittens attached, he scratches but does not make himself bleed anymore. The trousers are too big so do fall down (bought 2-3 years old and my son is nearly 3 and average build for his size). We also bought scratch sleeves for the day, which we put on and then a tshirt over the top so he can't take them off. So glad we found this company, happy with our purchases and would recommend to anyone who has a child that may be prone to scratching themselves.
