My boy has had eczema since about 3 months old and it was so tricky to stop him from scratching which in turn would cause infection and make his skin worse. Scratch mitts just wouldn't stay on and even when they did he would just use the cotton to rub away at his skin. Then I found scratchsleeves and what a difference, the silk on the mitts means he can rub away at his skin as it just glides over yet he can still rub to give relief. Highly recommended
