The scratchsleeves are lovely and made out of nice soft material, however they didn't work for my daughter. They stopped my daughter getting her nails into her exceza but she still rubbed it with the scratchsleeves and still made herself bleed. As a result the company refunded the cost and offered to design and make a custom order for my daughter to help her. Their customer service was above and beyond what I would expect.
