We have bought Scratch Sleeves garments for around 5 years. They are in my opinion the best of the market for damage limitation caused by the scratching induced by eczema. Now our son is 6 we use them less but are still a nighttime essential. Unfortunately we need to replace them every 2-3 months. It's hard to say if this is due to our sons persistent scratching or due to their quality. We will continue to buy them as we really can't be without them.
