Fantastic customer service, after receiving an incorrect order, they were prompt, helpful and courteous, a rarity these days. I bought them for my son who's been struggling with baby eczema on his face and they made an immediate difference and helped most of it to heal well. He has a stubborn patch on his cheek which he has managed to still rub with the seam of the mitts, we'll probably purchase the longer mitt one next to see if this helps. He wears them in the car and when he's tired as this is when he rubs his face and starts scratching. A really great product which I found whilst scrolling at 1am whilst trying to stop him scratching!!
