Scratch sleeves have really helped our son to have a more restful sleep without scratching his face and neck raw. The Velcro ScratchSleeves work better than the bolero type for us (our son manages to escape the bolero ones) but we are really happy with the quality of the product and very grateful that it is reducing the itching and enabling his eczema to clear up.
