I rarely make the time to write reviews unless I am really impressed by a product. But I am very grateful to scratchsleeves and want to share our experience in case it encourages anyone else to try these products. My 3 year old had developed a habit of pulling her hair out with one hand as she sucked her thumb with the other to fall asleep. It was a comfort thing, but when a bald patch began to form on her head, we turned to scratch sleeve products to help. We tried the cardigan and the pj top, but she was able to take them off so we tried the body suit. To great success! After a few tricky nights of protest I am so glad we persevered as the hair pulling and thumb sucking habits have resolved! The body suit is such a part of our routine now that one night we forgot to put them on and heard a shout of ‘’you forgot my mittens!!!”, so they have been embraced which is great. Thank you scratch sleeves! A final comment on the customer service which is awesome. I ordered a couple of sizes initially as I find they do run a bit large so I wanted to compare. When I decided which to exchange I contacted the email directly as the website suggests and was pleasantly surprised to find that the new item was sent out before I had even sent the return, with a prepaid envelope for me to send back the unwanted item. Really trusting of the company and I appreciated the speed and ease. Great job all round.
