The products they sell are really helpful. Lots of information available on their website about skin conditions in general, especially for children. Didn't need to contact them as my order was perfect. It's nice to finally have something to prevent me (an adult), from scratching aggressively at night. I tried gloves but they were not durable and were quite uncomfortable so I kept pulling them off. Scratchsleeves have come to the rescue and at a very affordable price. They obviously put a lot of effort into considering every part of their products from seams, to where the labels are and how thick the materials are.
