Outstanding customer service and great products. I've been using ScratchSleeves on a toddler for approx. 3 years now and these have been such a massive help in protecting the child from herself when there's a bad flare up.
Two pairs that I'd purchased in one instance were defective and on contacting Scratchsleeves it was rectified promptly after answering a few questions and sharing pictures. Two new sets were promptly custom made and shipped to us at no cost.
