I signed a contract with them for them to edit my book and it took them a year to do it. I have had three project managers and only the third one got it all done. They divided up the manuscript into two parts and they did understand clearly that there was another part to the book that they needed to work on. They kept making mistakes and I had to approve all changes reading the book over and over again. They made changes but did not check to see how their changes affect the over all layout. it is hard to describe. They uploaded my book to Amazon but uploaded it with the wrong title. It was not uploaded onto different book selling sites. The list goes on and one. I have been waiting for the development of an app for which I paid $20000 US and now it is way over due. They never mentioned about server space costing more. I don't know anything about apps so how would I know that? I am stalled now. They showed me screen shots. They have used the wrong pictures on the screen shots so I am thinking they are trying to rip me off. When will this nightmare ever end?
