Before I purchased the trickle vents SD Hardware were very helpful - providing a picture via WhatsApp of the product and supportive conversation regarding the product which helped me to confirm it was the item I needed.
Ordering was easy and the product arrived the following day.
Currently we are fitting our trickle vents - after painting windows - the vents are exactly the same as the old ones we have removed. We are pleased to have been able to find a replacement. Thank you SD Hardware for your helpful and prompt service.
